  • If work has already commenced, we may offer a partial refund, calculated based on the portion of the service already completed and any non-recoverable resources used. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • SkySync Digital LLC offers flexible monthly subscription plans.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but to be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be submitted within the first 7 days of the current billing cycle.
  • After this window, the service will remain active for the rest of the month and no refunds will be issued for that cycle.

Custom Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Our custom digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media Management) are tailored specifically for each client and often involve significant upfront planning and resource allocation.
  • For this reason, refunds are not available once a campaign has been launched.
  • However, if you wish to discontinue future services, you may cancel your plan before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

To request a cancellation or discuss a potential refund, please contact our support team at info@skysyncdigital.com. Include your account details, service type, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days with the appropriate next steps.

  • Any promotional services or one-time discounted packages may not be eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
